In reference to the memorial fund for Larry Lind: Mr. Lind's last wishes for a memorial fund was to be set up to go towards the 4-H Foundation or the Research for Parkinson. Larry's wife, Carol Lind, and children Kim Lind-Dorsey and Justin Lind have followed through with these wishes. To Larry Lind's family and friends,

I did not know Larry only knew of him. As one who bought and sold a few Maine Anjou genetics I could not help but be aware of that LIND prefix. When at the NWSS in Denver I new where his cattle would be in the barn on the hill. Saw a lot of great ones he bred. For me, Larry's legacy will be the prefix with his name and it will always be there in those pedigrees and never will they ever go away.
