Search it in here, there were many posts about. In a nut shell though, the bull was suppose to be dead but actually got sold to another breeder who changed his name and collected and sold semen off him.

I asked one of the plaintiff's about it a few days ago, and he said that the lawyer's are working on it and it is going to take some time to resolve this. I think this deal is a long ways from being settled and it is going to take a huge settlement offer to keep this out of the courts. ( MPO) This is probably the strangest case I have ever heard of, and it is certainly could go down in history as one of the best examples of greed on really bad drugs ( or meds). It is hard to wrap my head around the conspiracy plot that this case involved and the determination to keep it conceled. The came real close to pulling it off, but a bankrunptcy of one of the culprits, got in the way.
