I'm actually just starting to look into going up to Crooked Post in Alberta. I'm not sure where I'd fly into, but any recommendations around there? I have time for a 3 day weekend up there in July, or I can wait until September and tour for closer to a week if needed.Shorthorn-Fed said:You should make a trip to the great white north. There are so many great herds who are relatively “unknown” other than “oh yeah I have seen that prefix”. But most go unrecognized because they aren’t in the show ring. I could name off herds from Alberta to Ontario worth a very strong look for cattle ( sorry BC and east coast I don’t know enough of you yet) and most have their own program that drives them.
