Looking for a PB and Crossbred steer calf for 2013 fair
I am looking to purchase two steer calves for an August 2013 Fair. I have to get them soon because I'm going to college so won't have time to find them after this years fair. I don't want to pay more than $1,500 per animal if possible. Looking for two good calves that will grow well and can be competitive. A plus would be loud color. I want to get a rug from one of them. I need a purebred and a crossbred. For the purebred I would like a Shorthorn but all other breeds are considered of course. Thanks.
