Looking for fall born steers/heifers Florida

We are looking for a fall born steer for county project -  must be bred and calved in FL and must be private treaty - no auction. 
Also looking for fall born heifer.

Both have great dispositions and are very sound. I have one heifer but it would take some $$ for me to sell her. Does the heifer have to be Florida born?
