Looking for Logo Design Software

I'm looking to create a logo for my cattle operation, one that can be emroidered on jackets and hats.  I'd like to incorporate the show steer logo.  Would appreciate any suggestions on logo design software.  Thanks

But Best two is Photoshop cc and Adobe Illustrator
