Looking for open cattle shows in August is Iowa

i am looking for a couple of open shows in iowa for my calf so i can show it some more since its pritty good. it won the county fair. so if you can help me out that would be great

Open show in Nasuha labor day weekend.....that's September too but close to August!

Look on the IJBBA website. The remainder of the junior shows for the year. There won't be much in August with state taking up 2 of those weekends. There will be a few in sept. but that's the end for the show season for the most part.

This is just below the border, but on September 7, my county fair in Unionville, MO will be having our 2nd annual jackpot show. It pays $1000 to win it!

There are no open shows in Iowa during August. That month is basically reserved for state fair prep.  So you will have to wait until the last IJBBA show of the season at the Big Four Fair in Nashua on Labor Day.  Nashua is on the avenue of the saints about 30 miles north of Cedar Falls.  Cattle Congress in Sept. has also had a jr. show that is not sanctioned by the IJBBA but it is a place to show.
