Looking for Personalized Cattle Ear Tagsl

My daughter and son had personalized ear tags made for her steers the last year she showed beef steers.  They didn't have numbers, just the steer name written in unique writing with gem stones on it as well.  My daughter loved them and ended up cutting them out of her steer's ear before taken to slaughter for a keepsake.  She has now bought cattle to put into the herd and wants these same kind of ear tags for her cows.  She can't remember where they got the first set.  Does anyone know where we could get something like this made or if anyone does this?  If so, can I have an e-mail address or business number or website that they can be purchased!  Thanks everyone!  Look forward to hearing back!

These didn't have gems on them, but this is what I gave my dad for Christmas. I could have got numbers lazer engraved on they too, but he wanted to write on them. I also have a bunch of these with my name and address on them, and use them for luggage tags.

not sure if she puts the jewels in, but that would be real easy to do yourself, just hit the craft dept. at walmart...we blinged up on of my daughters designer ear tags for her heifer that way and it looked really nice...not really sure if you would want bling on one for a cow out in the field though...after we were done showing her and turned her out, the jewels got kinda grimmy looking...
