Loosing Hair

Hi Everyone,
My heifer has been progressively loosing hair as seen in the two pictures. Pretty sure it is just caused by the very dry and cold weather however with show season starting soon I kinda need to minimize the loss of hair. Have been using kleen sheen and vinegar on her pretty much daily. Any thoughts on how too  prevent more hair loss.

Try washing some her with flea and tick preventative pet shampoo. Looks like lice possibly.
 
Also watch to see if she is scratching on any sharp corners when you turn her out
 
  Agree that it looks like lice to me. Retreat in 14 days to break the reproductive cycle of lice. Also like stated above, make sure that she can't rub on items. I know of PPL that line areas with hot wire to prevent rubbing.
