I got this picture from a friend.  It's a Lowline X Angus heifer sired by Lazy G Rainier.  Curious what everybody's opinion is... A possible show heifer?  A factory for grass finished beef?  Market heifer?  Etc.

Kind of hard to tell. Pretty a one dimensional picture. Like her depth of body but can't see her neck very well. Can't tell if she might need some more extension. More pictures?

That's the only picture that they sent me.  I like what I see, but I also wish that you/I could see more of her.  I may try to go check out those calves soon & if I do, I will get more pics.

Ditto.  Can't possibly make any valid judgment from the picture.  Not only one dimensional, but nothing to give me an idea of her size.  She could be anywhere from 350 lbs to 500 lbs or ....?  Or her age. I'd have to say from what we can see here, which isn't much, she's an ok heifer but not spectacular.  May need extension up front and to be a little longer sided.  Also can't see if she carries any natural thickness down into the round.  Topline seems good and I like her tailset.  I'd be interested in more pictures," fer shure"!

Thanks Oh Breeder & Dori for responding!

Not sure the exact DOB, but the herd started calving sometime around mid August & this is probably one of the older ones.  I'm guessing late August or early September.  She hasn't been weighed, but they think that most of the older calves are around 300-350 lbs.  I mostly wanted to show Lazy G a calf that was sired by a bull that they raised & sold and the guy that sent me the pictures was curious as to what others might think about her.  I'd like to see more of the calf myself, and despite the fact that I doubt that she'd ever win any shows anywhere, I think that she's pretty good considering that she's out of a typical commercial Angus cow.  The topline, tailset, & her depth all stood out to me & she looks to be sound.  But, I wanted to give him some other opinions besides my own.  I agree that more pictures would be better & I will try to get them, just not sure when.  Thanks again.

We can't really take any credit good or bad as we bought Rainers dam from another Lowline breeder already bred, so it wasn't really any of our genetics. We are just glad that Rainer is doing a good job for his new owner!
