We bred a couple of our best cows to MAB last fall. We have 2 bull calves that certainly have a lot of quality about them but I would consider both of them average on thickness. Both cows have had thicker stouter calves in the past. They are both deep, soft, big ribbed and pretty good structured. I would also call them both average on bone and flexability. I guess I was just expecting them to be a bit thicker and stouter. Does this discription fit any of your MAB calves?

With all of them out there I can't believe that no one has a comment. I am not out to bash the bull in any way because I have two nice marketable calves. I just expected them to be thicker butted and stouter.

We have one this yr and ours is bout the same as what your describing, with the exception being being soundness.ours is lacking the soundness needed to compete.Just a tick above average calf.
