this was an I-80 son lautners promoted and I was wondering if anyone had or seen any calves and thoughts. I thought that he was decent but he may just be a bull that fades away and is never heard of again.

I intended to reply last week and just didn't get the opportunity. We bred several cows to Magic in Me last year as an alternative to I 80. We wanted to breed to I80 but the semen cost was prohibitive. We also liked the bottom side of MIM pedigree. The calves were all deep and had a good look. They were also all good to very good in their structure. The ones out of stouter thicker made cows were also thick. The ones out of flatter more feminine cows also followed the pattern of the cow. We were very satisfied with the calves we got out of him and now think we have a better idea of how to breed him in the future. I would say he breeds pretty true and consistent.
