Making money with commercial goat herd?

Located in the Midwest.

Looking at buying a small acreage with 5 acres of pasture. Wondering if there is any money to be make with commercial goats on a smaller scale? Any tips to get started, like breeds or different feed types? Thanks in advance.

I don't know about Midwest but in Europe it is a really good business. Markets buy really good milk and meat. I know that you can buy real estate in Athens https://tranio.com/greece/attica/athens/ with some land attached to it, it's pretty big territories. Have a look.
