Mange/Lice

Seems that the cows are getting mange or lice early this year. Noticing some patches of hair missing on a few of them.:-[ What products seem to work best?

We usually have that problem this time of year.  The difference is that the snow is so deep in the creek bottoms, the cattle cant get down there.  The earlier our cows starting hanging in the bottoms, the sooner they get lice.  We have used DeLice in the past, but we use pour on Ivomec now, with good results.
