Manufacturing a steer

I want to know who thinks of this stuff?  Pumping cattle full of air/oil, giving them cocaine, slicing and dicing them up.  I've always heard that it happens but every new thing is just unimaginable to me.

Advocate......... Yea you r prolly right. A goat. Wow (lol) I think it's good for juniors to know the pitfalls of the business they r getting into. The sooner you know the better off they will be. They will ultimatly choose which path they take. I would assume most people are good natured and don't cheat but you always have a bad few.I don't care what people do personally. I just worry about me. Just thought my story was interesting. I had never even knew such a thing could be done. And for what it's worth from my crazy wilder days, I would think cocaine would make them crazy. I can't see why you would ever give them that. The air thing really made the steer feel solid. He said it would last about 3 days then he would have to do it again. BTW the steer won the county fair that summer O0.

I know this is my first post and everything that goes along with that. I am form the olden days where this stuff was a daily practice.

In my life time I have seen more things done to cattle that would make most people sick. And in the past couple of year I have seen people start bring back the old ways we used to do things.  To name a few, I have help remove ligaments from steer pasterns to help them form popping them.  I seen steer tops cut open and muscle cut to stop them for roaching. And have see the after math of briskets cut out. All I   can say is hair covers a lot. I still have people come to me and have them air their calves. I am not saying it is right but it will never stop as long as there are purple banners out there to be won. And as long as there are states that don’t care like ours that does not test for anything. I will never stop.

I'd say he's bragging...Nobody asked if he pumped animals, he just came out and said it. And the "I will never stop" sounds a bit like "I'm proud to pump animals and CHEAT" These are the types of people that ruin it for us fair players no matter how few and far between we are. PETA feeds on people like you bobtom to use your actions to show a negative perspective on the cattle show industry.  So congrats bobtom, you've made yourself sound like a real straight shooter. Just my opinion.
