MEDINA COUNTY CLUB CALF SALE

This years Medina County Club Calf Sale will be held March 21! This is a really solid group of cattle this year, with a little something for everybody. there is 57 steers and 6 heifers in the sale. From top notch exotic and british breed calves to Brahaman and american cross calves that are as good as you can find anywhere. The sale is in Hondo, Texas at the Fair Grounds, please let me know if you have any questions!

There are a couple angus, a maintainer or two, a limi, and possibly a shorthorn but i will have to check for for you and get back with you.

No unfortunately there are no other consignments, the sift was February 7th. Pictures and fliers are in the process of being made.

is there going to be pictures of EVERY calf that is going to be available? I had a friend tell me that he was told "outsiders" had a hard time making it through the sift and there is numerous calves from locals let in that are unbelievably straight legged. I don't know. Could be just unhappy people but before I make the trip, i would like to see what I'm going to look at.

I doubt there will be pictures on every steer, however i could probably get you pictures of about ten or fifteen of them or so. There were alot of calves that had to get sifted out because they decided they wanted to keep around 60 calves before the sift and there were around 115 there. A group of five very knowledgeable analyzed every calf and gave it a yes or no. All the calves with three or more yes votes made the sale. It is a very solid set of calves, and I will try and get pictures for you as soon as possible.
