I have a first year showman that has a heifer he will be showing at our county fair in about 20 days. How much melatonin should I give the heifer to take the edge off? She weighs about 500 lbs. I can get either 3gm or 5 gm. Can I put in the feed? Thanks..

crush up the tabelets and put in the feed we always did 20 tabelets of the 3 mg each feeding i believe 6 feedings before show
