Add Stabilized rice bran to his feed, Start with 1/4 pound a feeding and slowly increase it up to a pound. Up it every few days until you hit 1 pound a feeding, It will add fat to his diet and give him a smooth layer of cover.

Hey!! Just an update!!
He is now eating!!!!! I switched feed... He is eating a 15% protein, 3% fat, and 12% fiber feed

And is now going out in the round pen!! Last weekend he weighed 1,010 lbs... Which is a start ;D

What fat supplement would you recommend?? Someone said stabilized rice bran.... There is Purina heavy weight, sunglo man up, etc.

I use the pill form, but make my own bolus. You can buy the gelatin bolus. Mine are "Torpac veterinary size capsule Size#11".
I give 100mg (10 x 10mg pills) for the first week and then go to 2 bolus per week for the rest of the time. I target 90-100 days. I have found that if you give 100mg/day for the entire time, that the hair really gets dull and dry at the end.

I rinse and condition daily and cant keep it fresh. I have tried Show Coat and Green Stuff. The hair gets too dry with them. I use CEG's Fresh N Full mixed with sheens and conditioners.
