This a My Turn X Angus heifer that was born 3-6-09.  She is a FREE MARTIN!  She hasnt been clipped since the end of august.  She leads alright on a halter but has not been worked with a whole lot.  It was finally nice enough today to get her washed anyway.  She is priced at $1100 and located in Swea City Ia which is in the north central part of the state.  The pictures arent the best but will give you an idea.

Well, you can get a lousy sale barn heifer for like $750, assuming she weighs in the mid-800 lb range. That sure ain't no lousy heifer, FWIW. Be glad to have her in Colorado for $750, I can tell ya that! Only difference between her and a steer is that she'll come in heat, and implants can fix that. Good terminal animal there. Take that back, do freemartins even have a heat cycle?
