N/C Amerian Sniper movie

Anyone seen this yet? Got a 13 year old that wants to see it. Its rated R, why?

it doesn't come out where i am until tomorrow and due to duck hunting wont be able to see it until sat night. I can let you know after that though. I would guess its because a few people get their head shot off but couldn't tell you.

I read the book and that just made me want to see it more. My guess, from my little knowledge of the story, is because it involves a lot of shooting.

I would keep him on warlock......blow there heads off for no apparent reason.....video games. I sure wouldn't be exposing a 13 year old to the concept of someone fighting for freedoms.......someone with that kinda honor. jmo

R rating is required by studios for marketing purposes.


They try and do at least the minimum to get the rating for "credibility"
