I realize this is SO not cattle related, but.... what our court system did to Mr.Albert Snyder is pathetic. It is beyond belief and should outrage everyone who believes in our Armed Forces.
So, Mr.Albert Snyder, you have my 100% support, and condolences. (For what it is worth.)
God bless you and your family.

Totally outrageous.  I may want better from our government but realize that my expectations are set way to high for our elected and appointed officials.

Morally sick that you would disrespect the dead in the way this "church" has done.  You can profess to be christian all you want but in my book you must demonstrate by your actions and words that you are a christian.

Agreed! I heard on the radio that Bill O'Reilly is picking up the tab for him to show his support. A radio personality in OKC mentioned his own intent to send money to show support and got a flood of people saying they would pony up, too. Then  O'Reilly reports he was paying the $16,000 the judge ordered Snyder to pay. There are god people in the world! God Bless the US and our TROOPS!

Totally agree.  The entire story is an outrage really.  I can't believe that the church doesn't have better things that they can do with their time and money as well.  I seriously hope the Supreme Court get this right.

basically a fathers son died in the war, wacko pastor and his minions picketed the funeral with "god hates troops" etc etc etc. Mr Snyder took it to court and won something like 10 million dollars, its been taken to appeals courts and the money has been taken back and now they are making him (Snyder) pay the churches court costs (16K)

i can't believe people don't get together and protest the pastor when he wants peace and quiet or is trying to earn money.  he can't be doing all the protesting without some means of support.

blead his resources.  he protests the military, the military should use military tactics on him to mess with his supply lines or sleep.

Good point Knabe... I am assuming he "lectures" on a given day.... I assume his "church" has a sidewalk which of course is public property (he has proven that), so I am assuming anyone and/or any group could protest his church without interruption or legal problems?

Anyone from Kansas????

all it would take is one group standing up to him...sort of similar situation happened when a supposed "church" group came to the state capitol to protest when the mining accident happened in wv...they were carrying around signs that said "thank god for dead coal miners", etc......needless to say, they didnt stay long, they arrived to a group of close to 100 protestors protesting the protestors...there was a video on youtube showing all 3 minutes of the "protest" before they got in their cars and left...
