They do work to a certain extent, they don't work miracles.

They work! I put them on at night when I turn the calf out and take it off when I bring them up in the morning. They look the best right after you take it off, so when I'm at a show I'll sweat her hard the night before, take it off to wash/feed and then put it back on until about 15 minutes before I go to the ring.

They do work and we also use the sweat stuff that sullivans sells.  Smells like bengay and you rub that on the area the sweat collar is going.  Need to make sure you get it rinsed out good.
