We really did not start out for this. The first one he named Lightning because she has a few white marks down her face. The second one I named Windy Point as she is by Point Taken. Then he named his steer Thunder.cowz said:
Well we were standing around one day talking about names and came to the conclusion that they were all weather names, so by request of the boy he wants to stay that way with at least the heifers he keeps. The one market heifer is Cyclone but the orange steer is just a pumpkin. I want this one to stay excited about showing, I already lost one.
As far as Olivia,,,,, I was born a little before the 80s. Not my thing. My husband calls me a hippie but no to Xanadu. I think all the replacments this year will be keeping their numbers with no nick names.
