Need Steer

Have a nephew looking for a steer.  Just looking for a county fair steer that will be ready in late July.  Will be fed well and taken very good care of.  Located in Indiana.  Only has $950 to spend so not expecting anything really good.  Broke and weighing around $800 would probably do the trick.  Please PM me if you have anything that fits the bill.  Needs the steer by early February I think.  Thanks....
