New baby calf

Some people liked this cow so thought I would update her progress. She calved unassisted, 6 days over her due date. Sire is Diamond Captain Mark, a Canadian PB shorty. This cow only has had one other daughter so was really wanting another and she delivered. I call the cow Shamoo due to the cheek marks, not sure what the calf will be, it was supposed to be Blue but again, its  not to be.

I didnt want to get too greedy, just really happy she was a girl. When she went over her due date I lost hope, but was jumping around the pen like a little kid when I saw it was a heifer.

If you want we can take her off your hands. I suppose we could even take the cow if you need to get rid of her! ;D

I really like her color. I like'em loud. Hopefully she take on some of her momma's maternal capabilities.

I'd place money on her being not only a fancy heifer but a great cow with her dam's maternal capabilities as her sire's consistency in producing cows is unbeatable. A few examples of his daughters pictured below.
