New Barn

were considering building a new barn, kinda have an idea of what i would want ( cool room, several pens etc etc)

is there anything that you guys think is a must have, any pics of your barns, blue prints etc etc

Wash rack, feed/tack room, office, bathroom with shower, hot water heater, cooler, clipping room, maybe a bunkhouse

Wash rack(with a hot water heater), feed/tack room, cooler, and a place for your grooming chute, that is well lighted so you can use it for clipping.
