I keep mine simple with naselgen & dip or spray the navel with iodine. Ear tag and let them go. I normally have good success but think I may be missing something. What are some of the protocals others are using ?

I hit them with a dose of Cellarator Turbo from Loomix Specialty Product Division.  Gets them going and they have a great start and seem to get going faster and  help build the immune system.
