Not a lot of Beltie enthusiasts here, but thought I'd share a recent purchase.

Picked up this November 26 baby this weekend from Stonesthrow Plantation in SC.

She is out of an Australian bull named Clanfingon Limelight and Driftwood Melody cow.

Beltie or not she looks like a real nice heifer, I really like her depth, top line and her front extension. I would take one like her if she were red, black, roan, or blue. (not ready for purple)

She has a pretty, feminine head and face, like a cow should. I think I was about 10 years old when I was told they should look like a girl if you want them to make a good cow, and she definitely does that.

Very nice!  I asked for a Beltie Heifer for my birthday but got a Boardwalk x Hoo Doo instead.  Still want a Beltie though, lol (clapping)

Bill and Katie Bliss down there in OK have some of the best Belties in the country.

Wish I were closer, I'd be glad to help you find a heifer.

VC-
Sent two heifers to So Cal a month ago, say hello when you see them-

This is her pen-mate.    Bear Creek Tanya is an August 12 heifer calf out of Oak Valley Lone Ranger.

Nice looking heifer.  (clapping) Clanfingon have some nice cattle and have alot of success at many shows. I have have been luck enough to worked on them and they are well put together.

Clanfingon Limelight was many times Supreme Champion in Australia.  Took a while for him to get to America and he has been used very sparingly.

This is an ET calf I bought from Stonesthrow Plantation in South Carolina and their partner Sail'n C Ranch in Utah.
The embryo came from Driftwood Plantation in SC.

The broody August heifer is out of Oak Valley Lone Ranger and I found her in MO.

Aussie-

You are usually good for some pix.  Got any Beltie pix from down your way?

Future plans are for one or both heifers to go to the donor pen(of course after they have matured and had a live calf)

Thanks for the kind comments-
