Have any of you Simmi people seen him/ Or know his background? I dont know much about Red Simms-but my buddy saw him in the new Genex deal-and he looks real usefull-any info would be appreciated O0

So then here's the question: Do you use the proven sire who made this calf you like, or do you opt for the next generation and use a completely unproven yearling bull you happened to really like? I think in this case it would be hard for me not to use this calf as a reason to use his sire...not necessarily him. But there's always something intriguing about the potential of that young bull, isn't there?/// Well-Im not bothered about using a new one if hes bred to do what Im looking for-which is to bring up a notch and make pwerfull a very moderate Shorthorn-the only thing I have trouble believing is the BW to weaning ratio simms are not generally calving ease-unless hes got Red Angus in him-which is fine too-The only other thing I see is what appears to be a good bit of daylight under him -looking for a deep ribbed dude-like the NLC Upgrade son a notch or so down in the catalogue-but I want red-that or DMCC Lifeline-who has a very strong red gene O0

From the dam's side, I'm guessing? 701T isn't a spotter, is he?
