Today's our aniversery & guess what the hubby got me? Black plastic for my garden!  (lol) For those of you married for a while, you know how it is!!

My cousin bought his wife a combine for their anniversery, a corn planter for valentines day, and a new harley for her birthday...

this isn't about the anniversary gift but didn't want to start a new thread.

My asparagus is coming up! I think we'll have enough for a meal tonight. Can't wait!

Also I'm starting a new flower bed & thought of a neat theme. I'm calling it a Friendship garden. I've asked my sisters, several friends & sister-in-law what their favorite flower is. Then I'm planing those. I'd like to make a neat plaque or something that represents what it is.

that's what i do to.  buy my dad tools i want to use, buy my wife kitchen tools that make it easier to make stuff i like.  no wonder they always say it's all about me.

My dad always buys my mom things like bread and ice cream makers. Which in all actuality is a gift for himself since he loves homemade bread and icecream. All he has to do is ask why she doesn't ever use those nice gifts he got her and presto he has some homemade bread. My wife's gift is getting to be married to a great guy like me.

I got a calf last year for our 1 year anniversary. We had a heck of a time catching her and sometimes I wish I had left her there!

I got a donkey one anniversary....Old Bidonkidonk just didn't do it for me lol.
