Yep. Use him with confidence - we've had maybe 30 out of him, all mid 60's to low 70's.

I like him & if I didn't have Lowlines, I would have already used him.  IMHO, he's a good one.

Yes, you can, they are easy fleshing moderate size calves.  If you go back to the Angus Bull post, I put a picture up of a purebred Legend heifer she did have an 80 pound birthweight, but that is light at my house.

Use him with confidence on heifers.  The other good thing about legend is that the females are awesome cows, and you can get saleable steers out of him as well.  One of our better steers in 06 was out of him.
