im pretty sure that is real....a) very hungry bird ( hunger created by idot handler )...b)  baited enviroment ( created by idot handler)....illegal....you betcha...how many folks do yoi know that "own" an eagle?  ". ... ironic that the (idiot)"handler" standing there and who ever videoed it, probally werent more that 30 pounds heavier than the deer.  wouldnt that have made for an interesting bit of reel......and quite some explaining to do ( and maybe a stint in fed prision) for the idiot that had to take back an crippled eagle(?)  cause they had to knock it off or kill it to help there buddy... eagles dont need huntin' or fishin' license either knabster  .......and i think the real tragity with the otter rescue would have been if some folks or kids got eatten by the killer sharks trying to "save" the otters......nature doesnt always  have a real pictursque ending......idiots dont help...jbarl
