The chi angus sire. Seem like he was really popular a few years back. I have a few straws of him in my tank. If you were going to use him, on what would you use him? It has been long itme since i saw a picture of him. Someone told me that the calves had a nasty temperment but usually were pretty good...?

Never used him He just wasn't our type of bull. We just don't use many Chi's. Worked w/ for them & put out some good steers.

We had chi's but did not use him.  A neighbor did but the calves were born large and had bad dispositions, but were good.

Murphy's raised Schwarzpower, a Schwarzkopf son.  Schwarzkopf  I think was a Total Play son raised by Frasher's in Iowa???

We used Chi bulls for 15-20 years, but we never used Schwartzkoff.  Never was a fan, but he was fairly popular in his day.
