What is something you want to learn that you haent quite got the answer to?

my question is how do you judge frame score? how can you tell a 5 from a  6 or a 6,5.....my sizes range from tiny, moderate, normal, and large, the occasionally giant(oneils expedition and holstien bulls). I would like to become more specific and use the proper terms when evaluating cattle
if anyone could give me some pointers that would be much appreciated

Frame is measured by a measuring device and not your eye. Some people may be better at guessing but your eye is not an accurate tool.

IMO, frame score is way over blown.  If they look too big, then they're too big or vise versa.  These shows that carry this on the sheet is pointless.

very true, one persons ideal frame score is not always another....i have noticied this alot with my transition from commercial feedlot cattelman to clubby breeder

Agreed.  Frame score is subject.  The western cattle I have purchased have been higher framed and harder doing.  Eastern cattle seem too small.  Give me an efficient6 frame and I am happy.
