If I had to pick a herd sire from all the bulls I saw in the yards in Denver this year, I think Swagger would have been my first choice. He possesses a good blend of muscle, soundness along with style and balance. I think he is a real herd bull in the making. My only concern ( if it is even a concern) is that his pedigree reads very similarly to so many other cattle in the breed right now. There is nothing wrong with these bloodlines, but I think the impact this bull would make would be more substantial, if he was a bit of an outcross .
