I know this sounds horrible to say but our goal is too be at least Reserve market heifer at MN State Fair. We have been after it since last year and we were one animal away from auction and think we have a legit chance this year but I don't want to get hopes up.

They lay around, graze, eat hay...30 years ago I walked my 2 steers and 1 heifer up and down the driveway (1/2 mile making it a mile round trip) twice a day (morning & night) right after I rinsed and brushed them and before tying them with there heads up in front of the fans. Also it can make them better to show as they are lead more often.mainecattlemother said:Make sure you get a LOT of hair on her and make sure she get's plenty of exercise so she stays flexible.
