Orvus

Anyone still using Orvus?  Anyone my age (42) has certainly grown up with Orvus but we haven't used it for years.  We show horses and will be going to some Palomino shows this fall and some people still swear by Orvus as the best soap available for getting a mane, tail, and body clean.

still use it.  dilute it a lot before application.  you can get one of those foamer things i think for it.

my dad said the military taught him something about shampoo especially on ships where they have to conserve water.

shampoo twice with less shampoo.  the second application will get good and foamy yet still be easy to rinse off.

another tip he had is predilute the shampoo.  it lasts a lot longer for the dollar as behaviorally, you like to put the same amount in your hand or per application.
