moved my bred heifers off dryland pasture to some irrigated pasture yesterday and snapped some pics thought I would share. all angus heifers are by hf tiger 5t and are bred to tc thunder to calve in oct. dark roan shorthorn is a lakeside nitro and should calve to hillside leader in oct. light roan and red and white heifer are by jr drover half brother to x bars jr drover bred to hillside leader to calve in jan.

These are in northeastern oregon. Yeah we have some pretty interesting country most people that think they have seen rough cow country haven't seen anything until they come out here.

I dont know what that Drover bull is-maybe goes back to Medicine man? And eventually back to Byland Dazzler-but I'd use him siight unseen based on those 2 hiefers 1:I know they are calving ease 2: Either 1 will make 2 of anything in that field-width wise O0

Cool photos and great cattle. This is why I love this site so much. I see country that I would never see if it not for these type of photos. Everyone keep them coming.

I thought that looked like eastern Oregon country.  I'm south of you in SE Oregon (Lakeview).  Is that Hermiston / Pendleton area?  Nice looking cows!

We are north on Pendleton about 20 miles and about 3 miles south of the stateline.  Thanks everyone for the comments.

Mark, I don't know how much width that drover bull will put in them but her dams cow family are thick tanks.
