I have recently added a new section to our business, custom cattle photography. I do on farm photos as well as retail shots I have taken and sell. I know it is a little early to be thinkng about expos, but I am now starting to book shoots for the xpo catalogs. My goal is to offer a professional looking picture for the catalogs at a reasonable rate. My hope is to help people attract more attention to their cattle and get more before sale trafic with a good picture. As a buyer, my biggest petpieve is the pictures in the expo catalogs that people take while holding the calf and trying to capture an image all at the same time. I have been dabbling it in for about 3 years or so. I just have to be around cattle, it truly is my passion. If I could make a living doing all my odds and ends side jobs I would be content.

Just checked with Cagwins, the deadline for the OHIO BEEF EXPO SHORTHORN sale is Jan 15. All info and pictures needs to be in by then.
