A buddy of mines steer started having green junk coming out of his steers nose and then the next morning it was coverd on his nose and he was coughing well he called the vet and the vet came out and took temp and it was 105 and said that his steer (a year old) has pneumonia and gave him some shots and left another set of shots for him to give to his steer.
What would cause pneumonia in a older calf?? Could temperature change? It droped pretty cool here for a few days and now its back to 80's during the day an 70's at night.
