Good
Good bone
Good fronted
Wide topped (from what i can see)
Adequate growth and development

Bad
Too round in his hip for me
Little slap sided
Could use more body capacity.
Needs more thickness
Big shouldered

This is just my opinion from what I can see in the picture.

I think he is a really nice bull, love the bone and raw power he shows.  I dont think he is to round in his hip at all, especially not for the Polled Hereford breed, I just dont think he has the abundance of hair that those of us here in the U.S. are used to seeing on one with a halter on him.  Hair goes a long way in making those hips look square.  I agree that he appears to get a little tight in the center of his body, but depending on the size of the guy holding him, looks like he could be a fairly large framed and long bull, in which case his capacity may not be that bad.
Overall I think he is pretty nice

Thanks. Yes we show them a lot more natural. He has a lot of natural thickness and the guy holding him is thin but 6 foot

Just since I enjoy judging arguments:

He's a little round hipped but he's got plenty of body, at least from this side. You can't tell spring of rib, thickness, or top width from this angle. If anything, I see him as a little on the pud side with plenty of body, great masculinity, and one that I would call pretty thick and muscular even from the profile. Although I would say his shoulder needs to be laid in at a steeper angle; he looks a tick straight there.

And to modify, SLAB sided means they're deep from this angle, but their rib and especially their fore rib in the heart girth area is flat as a pancake. I see that mostly in really fat steers. This one appears to be in close to ideal condition and honest in his muscle and rib shape.

I really like this bull you can see the muscle over his top easily! For those who aren't as positive I just have to say if he was in North America he would have a lot more hair (from our lovely weather) which would provide us with the artificial volume and smoothness we are becoming accustomed to.  With this bull there is not a single surprise what you see is what you get, a easy fleshing deep beef bull.
