Price to Lease Recips

I found 9 simmy/angus recip cows that are 3-6 years old that the guy is willing to lease to me. What should I pay for a lease per month?

See if you can work out a deal to pay for every calf that is born or a premium for the ones that you want. I am leasing a small herd to use as recips for my embryos this next spring and the deal that I have worked out is that I pay for all expense in getting cows set up and implanted and then I pay a premium price over market value on the calves that I want. The rest are to do with as they like whether that is to keep for replacements, fatten, or sell but I get the best ones out of there and are not obligated to buy all of them. Owner also pays for calf shots and creep. Premium is usually $150-200/hd over market value. I also buy all cripples at market price.

Im going to lease the cows to keep at my house and me put them in and when I wean the calves I just give the cow back.
