Has anyone had problems with keeping the turbo diesel hose connected? It is the hoseclamp that comes off the turbo to the metal line? It was fixed on a recall and i have fixed it twice. 2004 ford F350 Thanks

Are you are talking about the intercooler hose line clamp?  It is common problem for these to blow off.  The fix is a cheap clamp from NAPA:  Part Number BK 7051531

Happens quite a bit, and when you get it clamped down tight it will split the hose and do all sorts of weird things. There is a lot of stress on that hose.

Clean the inside of the boot off let it dry.  Then take dish soap and coat the inside slide it back on snug up the clamp wait overnight and finish tightening up.  Soap will dry and help hold the sucker on. I use to do that on pulling truck all the time.  it would hold 60 psi all day long.
