Q Dog??

What are everyones opinions on the Qdog calves? Seen some good ones out here. How do they turn out as fats? Thanks.

They don't have enough grow in them or are sound enough for me.

The one's that we saw in Iowa last weekend were SMALL and cute.  Haven't seen one fat though

We've seen a bunch of them this fall--with the exception of one, they have all had the same look--kind of that "baby fat steer" look. I would be concened that alot of them may not get very big. I guess I haven't been that concerned with structural issues on the ones I've seen--just wish they showed more grow--have seen several that are cool little dudes, though. Have yet to see a heifer out of him that impressed me as a breeding heifer prospect.

I didn't see a lot of them, but the few that I did see tended to be a little round muscled for me. Other folks may like them just fine, but I was not very favorably impressed. JMO

The ones i seen over the weekend in iowa were phenomenal. I wouldn't say they would be fats.
