So, are we ever going to see you or Tony on Hell's Kitchen?

How could anyone take his verbal abuse? Is it possibly worth getting the job?

Red, Some of those kitchens are really demanding. Hell's Kitchen gives us a realistic look inside some of the really good kitchens. Many of the European Chefs as well as some American chefs are demanding beyond belief.

A great book on this subject is [The Soul Of A Chef] by Michael Ruhlman.
