I have 4 doctor's appointments this week. I won't be on very much. If you need pictures resized or help just be patient w/ me. I'll try & check in at least daily.
Thanks so much gang!

Red, just relax and take care of yourself. I hope they find something to make you feel better.

We'll try to behave... ;)

Red, it is midweek now and I hope your doctor appointments are going good. I am sure you are on the minds , and in the prayers of many on here. I hope they come up with some answers quickly. Best regards!!!

I had the best bloodwork back ever from the oncologist. first time everything has been in the normal range. Big load off my mind!
She told me to do some cardio every day. Anyone got any good tips?

this is for CAB,

tape oprah, and get a treadmill and save time by fast forwarding through the commercials.

seriously, get a heart beat monitor, learn to measure what the doctor says you should raise it too for how long, eventually this will become reflex.

I use a Nordic Track ski machine. It's good exercise & easy on my knees.  Congrats on the test results. (clapping)

Glad to hear it, I have 3 clowns that will give you a cardio workout if you'd like to borrow them, but I'm not sure your heart could take it, I sometimes wonder about mine.

i looked up a little bit that pacemakers don't change speeds, which in this day and age, i can't believe there isn't one that doesn't.

i can't imagine the body likes having an oxgyen shortage with cardio type excerise.  the doctors must have recommended some sort of cardio limitation?

I talked to her Friday on my way home from a seminar.  She's fine.  Appt. and pharmacy just took a rediculous amount of time. She's ok unless something happened since Friday!
