Has anybody had any calves out of him. If so do you have pictures? Im also interested on what their birth weights were. I was thinking about using him this year but wanted to check to see what his BW's were first.

Here are a couple of pictures of the Renegade Blues that have been sent to us and we have heard birth weights in the mid 80s. If you have any other questions you can contact any of the Competitive Edge Genetics team members and follow our blog at www.competitiveedgebulls.com!

Thanks for sharing! I was just looking at him and wondering. Has anyone used his sire Young Money?

what kind of cow is he working on. does he add frame?

I called Raymond Gonnet about Young Money a year or two ago and he was quite helpfull, and basically told me that he was a pretty goodsized bull, based upon his (Raymonds) ht. of 6"1.That's what I was looking for along with the pedigree which I really like. I decided to use him but the IVF didnt work so we are flushing with him soon. Gonnet is now Competitive Edge and they have come up with some interesting cattle, especially the clubbyxCanadian cattle, which I think will fill a gap in terms an alternative little furr ball puds:that would be great if they had some scale and could raise a calf;and still come from stout easy fleshing cattle. I have heard that Burch Livestock is leasing Young Money right now.  I also know that he has produced some high sellers for them the last few years.

Sorry, I probably should've clarified. I was asking about.the bull the thread is actually about, renegade blues

In my never to be humble opinion, Young Money should be briefly talked about in this thread just because he is the son of Young Money and Young Money can throw some larger frame scores.  Once more Renegade Blues calves hit the ground then we will know more. Just my .02 and it isn't worth even that.

This is for you mark, mature photo of renegade blues

We're curious about his calving report. We think our 9 cows are bred with hopefully 2 to Young Money. We would like to AI to Renegade Blues next year.
