Roto brush and Fogger...

How exactly are you supposed to use a roto brush and a fogger?  I know it is a stupid question.  I know that the roto brush is placed on a drill and the fogger on a hose, but i need details.  How do they help?

We use a roto brush on both the body and legs, the speed of the brush is way more effective than all the brushing your arm could stand, it stimulates the skin for hair growth.
The flogger we use primarily to dye calves, if we are at a show that it just isn't feasible to wash we will use a fogger with alchohol or water to dampen the calf.

I use the rotobrush on the wet legs daily. Working upwards. Like Jill said it's a lot better on the arm! I do a total body once a week, always working upward. Just be careful of the TAIL! you can get the hairs wrapped around easliy. I also use a heavey duty cordless drill, it's more practical & easier for me.

I second the watch the tail.  You can have a drill hanging from a tail in absolutely no time.

at the hereford show one of the big show strings would wash the day b4 the show then use windshield wiper fluid in their fogger to "wash" the cows the next morning

Washer fluid is for cold weather washing.  It works, but it strips the oils out of the hair. 

BTW, fasten a sock over the tail when using the roto brush. ;-)

I tie the tail w/ a string to the chute when I use the roto brush.
