Rumors of Superior livestock changing owners

Does anyone know what the deal is with Superior changing owners. I had heard that some bank now owns the company. Is this true.

Never mind I looked it up and read all about the change in ownership.

Dwight Mebane filed chapter 11 on November 13th.  It's purely speculation but I doubt the fact he owed Farm Credit West $31 million and that Farm Credit West is the new owner of Superior Livestock is a coincidence.

I heard farm credit has it and they didn't nessecarily want it.

I don't know why I said it was speculation, they sent an e-mail out on the 23rd saying that's exactly what happened.
