Call Scott and ask him. He is one of the nicest guys out there and will answer your questions as honestly as he can.
I have seen several calves, and they were darn nice. They were out of typical angus cows, nothing fancy or special.
S.O.S's dam came out of a herd that belonged to an OLD MAN that kept it closed to ANY MODERN Angus genetics from the late 70's or early 80's on. The man's name was Tharpe, so the cows go by Tharpe Angus and the tag # they were when purchased. They are FREAKY.......what the old timers would call PONY Angus....kinda Ohlde looking, BUT hairy, hairy, hairy, and phenotypically perfect.....just very small. The papers that the family of the old man gave Sandeens after he died were from the late 60's thru early 80's and had a bunch of Crackerjack Baros and Nichols Benchmark in them.
